What to bring along

To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we just want to make you aware of some extras you need to bring along with you and a couple of additional charges that apply.

Please bring your own tea, coffee and bottled water – we do not supply!

Even though we are no longer experiencing loadshedding, please bring along your own rechargeable lights (just in case).

Please note that chalets are not serviced daily! Servicing can be requested at an additional cost of R175 per day. Only two rolls of toilet paper are supplied in your unit. Additional rolls may be obtained from Reception.

When booking into a Small or Large Plettenberg Chalet, please bring your own:

  1. Bath and swimming towels, toiletries.

When booking into a Golden Terrace or Josmont Heights Chalet, please bring your own:

  1. Swimming towels (bath towels are provided). Soap, shampoo and body wash supplied on arrival only.

When booking into a Villa, please bring your own:

  1. Swimming towels (bath towels are provided). Soap, shampoo and body wash supplied on arrival only.
  2. Take note that the Villas can be serviced on request between 08:00 am and 10:00 am.

 

CLEANING SERVICE

Please note that chalets are not serviced daily. Should you require a cleaning service then please contact Reception.

An additional cleaning fee of R175 per service will be charged.

Chalets will only be serviced between 8am and 10am.

(NB: Villa servicing is included, but strictly on request only).
